The process is unchanged from what it has been for the past several years… that is not to say that some type of glitch has occurred with your login credentials. Have your tried uploading pictures in the past day or so ?

You have to click Upload Attachment then Add File. Select your files. Then hit Start Upload. You then enter your post.
