Hi there.
I was just trying to browse magazines and realized that my membership expired at the end of the year. I renewed (my account now shows that I am active), but still can’t access the magazines. I’ve done the requisite clear browsing data (cookies, history and cache) and restarted my browser. I also tried another browser and I still can’t click on the magazines and have the message that I must join WACA or login. Logging in just takes me back to the main page and the cycle starts all over again.
Any advice is appreciated. Or is access a manual process and I just need to be patient?

Gents, have you tried this: If you have difficulty viewing any issue, do a one-time clearing of the cache and history, found in the settings menu of your browser, then restart your browser.

So I just tried and am getting the same issue. What is interesting is this only happens with the latest issue. I can open all the others, or at least 4 or 5 that I tried. On another strange twist, I was able to open the new issue earlier this morning with no problems.

Well, it just opened up for me, so maybe something changed or my renewal took a little while to register.
Just to note, my browser has been sitting open since I cleared cache, history and cookies and restarted this morning, so I’m pretty certain it wasn’t that.
If someone jumped in to help, thanks.

Well…sorta.
When I go to the magazine page, I now have “View Magazine” buttons instead of the login or join WACA text. But like you, pdog, clicking “View Magazine” for the latest issue takes me back to the login page. It seems I can view the older issues however.
