I joined WACA on April 14th 2015 . For some reason I cant open the magazine part of the forum and am listed as a Guest. I know renewal is soon, but thought my membership was to last until December 31st of 2015? ,,,,DT

I contacted Trish Smith as advised ! My response from Trish was that only members with paid up to date membership could open the on-line magazine option. As stated before I paid for an annual membership in April the 14th of 2015. 5 and 1/2 months ago! My membership card # 9716 reads ( Valid through 2015) . When did my membership end, and why?????? If this is just a mistake , No problem. If not Please explain ,,,,,DT

Your membership is active and in good standing. I have reset your password, tested your account and cannot resolve the problem directly. I will be contacting our webmaster and will continue to communicate with you via e-mail. Clearly there is a mistake being made or a bug somewhere.
I will work to get it cleared up.

I apologized and told you I misread your question. I thought you said you signed up as a guest in April and could not access the online magazines. This is why I responded that only paid members can access the FlippingBook function. I looked up your membership information in the system when you send me another message and everything showed OK on my end, and showed you as an Annual member. I am not sure why it wasn’t allowing you to log in.
