I’m stuck in the loop. Won’t let me open the magazine. Keeps wanting me to log in even though I am already logged in. Tried multiple times??????????????
I know this has happened to others. What is the fix?

It appears that clearing your internet cache and/or disabling an ad blocker have been suggested in the past, and you might want to try those. I can’t speak to whether either works. I haven’t had this problem before that I can remember, and I have Adblock Plus running on this and other websites.

Thanks Brad. I cleaned my cache 4 months ago when I was having another problem. I don’t have an add on popup blocker that I know of. I used another web browser and it worked. Maybe there is something in Firefox but I know it has worked before.
I used the trick where you pick a magazine, log in again, then pick another magazine and it opened.
