<p>Can you tell me if it has a knurled or a serrated hammer?  The date of manufacture was late March 1948.</p>

					                        <description><![CDATA[<p>Here are 2 that I have and both are lettered. Both bought by the NWMP in the same order. One is all original and the other was restored by Turnbull before I bought it. 40008 and 40012. They are a great pair! Let me know if you need anymore info on them. </p>
