Blue Ridge Parson is exactly correct, your rifle (as configured) is a G7501R with the Winchester manufactured 84A Rear Extension Sight (which is wearing a Marble-Goss aperture) and the Winchester manufactured 99A front sight.

The Winchester catalog number G7527R you mentioned came equipped with the Vaver 3875 rear sight and the Vaver 1175 front sight which is not what you have.

The sight packages for the Model 75 were numerous and confusing so it is possible you misinterpreted the book or it is in error.

 So, looks like I have the  Correct  front Parker Hale  Front  Sight.  The  FS 23
 What  Parker Hale  Rear would I be looking  for?   For the  Rounded  Receiver. The  PH 16 ?  Not a Lot of info  out there.

Yes, the PH16 is the one you need but be very, very careful as the PH16 was made in a lot of different configurations for a large variety of rifles.  Some of the sights have a suffix such as the PH16G to denote the application but some of the early ones are only marked "PH16" so you have to check the mounting hole spacing, the inside radius to match your receiver and the mounting position (you need a left-side mounted sight) since some came as a right sight mount.

I am currently in the process of looking for one also so hopefully we won't get into a bidding war on eBay 😉

Fairly  sure  I knew the  scopes assembly  would be  costly.

Now I  Just  want  to  get it back to where I can  get it  in shooting  condition. Will be on the  look out  for the sights, might  take a while, and as I said  It Might be My Christmas Present to myself if  found.

 Got the  Book coming from Amazon. Going to be  great  reading.

The late collector had the bizarre habit of replacing every set of factory stocks with Pachmayr rubbers, perhaps a symptom of Alzheimer's? 

I drove over to Lee's on a rainy morning and they brought out a full box of S&W J-frame Walnut stocks for me to choose from. It happened that the nicest square butt set were pre'64 and had diamond shaped screw bezzels. 

Once again relieving myself on the throne of Originality, I chose those because they were the most handsome..

Not sure if this affects your decision making process but the correct 5X scope and bases will cost you $600-700.  The Parker Hale sights are going for $150-$200ish.

Since it has the late style pre-war stock there is a good chance it was shipped without a scope, the British proof mark under where the rear base would normally be is also a clue.  The Brits were desperate and bought every .22 Winchester had in stock that would go "bang".  They sorted the sights out on their end when they were received.  Winchester ran out of the "see-through" bases before anything else so Parker Hale made copies of them to mount the Winchester scopes.  When Winchester then ran out of scopes Parker Hale took the rifles minus the scopes and added PH sights to them.  They were desperate times......

That is why it is so cool to see rifles with a history like yours.
