No need for me to modify brass.  I have some Win 25-35 brass.  Book says you can use 30 WCF or 32 Wins Spl.  Never messed with this one.  It appears the shoulder and neck on the 30 WCF have a larger diameter.  Reduce these and it should go in to fire form.

Since I don't have the use of my computer the picture is not the best.  The pic of the barrel does not represent the fact that it is not washed out.
