Somehow, no damage, but I wasn’t exactly going to reimburse him if their was as his table was not neatly organized. Even if it was, I think that’s a risk you, as a vendor, takes.

I suppose that's why I carry insurance that covers my guns even away from home. Not sure it would cover this exact situation but it helps me feel better.

That certainly looks repairable to function as a shooter stock. Doubt you'd ever hide the joint though but would be a cool challenge. I love a good project. Good Luck!

I'm thinking there's a really good chance the vendor wouldn't see it that way.

I know I would feel terrible if I was involved with a rifle falling to the floor, even if the vendor had cluttered his table up.

.... I suppose it would be a way to get the price down. Sorry - poor taste joke.
